Natural Eye Makeup Tutorial: Quick and Easy
All women love to look beautiful. And as they say, eyes are the most expressive feature on a person’s face and this works doubly in case of a woman. Getting a natural look doesn’t necessarily mean applying no makeup at all. You can apply makeup. Use colors and still make it look as natural and simple as possible.
The basic tip to get a natural look is to apply light makeup and not overdo it. To begin, it is very important to never apply makeup on a face that is not clean. So, the first step should be to cleanse your face, remove any makeup that was there earlier and then start applying new ‘makeup.
Then you can apply some primer although it is not a compulsion. It is applied up to brow bone. Using the primer could be beneficial as it makes the skin smoother and also allows the makeup to stay when you put it on.
The next step involves a concealer. Blend it slowly so that it does not stand out and look weird. The next step involves the shadow. One can use any color in this context. However, an important tip in this context is that a contrast color to that of your iris would be perfect. You can also use more than one color.
Start with the light color that you would apply on the brow bone; the medium color would look perfect on the lid and finally the dark color needs to be on the crease. However, see to it that the three colors have a match. Also, for a simple look, you can keep the shades light. They should not be all different shades all together. Also keep in mind to use the three shades proportionately so that it does not look too much.
Blend them well with your finger or a brush so that the colors get mixed a bit. Then apply the liner; you can use a liquid, cream or even a pencil one. You can apply them deep or light, depending upon your eyes. In case of small ones, you can make them look bigger by avoiding liner on the lower part.
For enhancing their looks and appearance however, you can darken the shade so that they look bold and bright. You can also curl your lashes to make them look dark and feminine. Remember to curl the lashes before applying the mascara. You may avoid the curling part as well, especially if you want to keep the natural look.
In case of the mascara, you can apply it according to your choice and preference. Apply it on the base of the upper lashes and gradually move upwards. You can also apply it on the lower lashes. Light or deep; you can apply anyhow.
To conclude, a natural look at a party looks elegant, sophisticated as well as sexy. It enhances your eyes and yet keeps it simple. Eyes are naturally beautiful. Hence, see that you don’t put on glitter or sparkle if you want a natural look. Use lighter shades and keep in simple!
